You can travel to Xian anytime in the year except the winter season when it becomes a bit cumbersome to travel. Due to the historical and cultural importance, Xian is often referred as the natural history museum of china.

There are many places to see and visit in Xian. The Museum of Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses is lauded as the eighth miracle of the world due to its vast collection of terracotta warriors and horses. These were discovered accidentally and the excavation unearthed the treasure of ancient dynasties. The mausoleum of Emperor Qin Shi Huang and Banpo Village remains are the wonders to the history lovers. Another place that will go well with the history lovers is the Forest Of Stone Steles. Beside these historical places, the natural and scenic beauty of Xian can captivate tourists of every liking.
