The best time to visit this park is from 1st October to 30th June. Spread over an area of 500 sq km, it got the status of a national park in 1981. The historic ruins that dot this park make it a perfect setting for wild life photography. Tigers, leopards, striped hyenas, sambar deer, chital and nilgai are some of the major attractions of this park.</p>
<p>With over 272 species of resident and migratory birds found in the park, it is also a heaven for avian enthusiasts. Some rare bird species that you can spot here are graylag goose, woodpeckers, Indian gray hornbills, common kingfishers, bee eaters, cuckoos, parakeets, Asian palm swift. As the entry and exit timings of the park vary depending on the season, it is best to check in advance so that you can enjoy the safari as well.</p>

The area has a wilderness region that is home to mountain lions, black bears, snowshoe hares and Rocky Mountain elk. There are more than 140 bird species but this usually varies depending on the season you visit the area. New Mexico’s wilderness also has green snakes, coyotes, foxes, raccoons, waterfowl and many-lined shinks. It is also a great place to see wild turkeys, squirrels, mule deer, and bighorn sheep. </p>
<p>The Zuni Mountains in New Mexico are home to the Albert squirrels and elk. To see peregrine falcons, burrowing owl, bobcat and prairie dogs, visitors can go up to the National Conservation Area.</p>
<p>New Mexico also has prairies and grasslands that provide good habitats for various waterfowl species. You will also see bald eagles, snow and Canadian geese and sand-hill cranes in this part of New Mexico. To see a wide variety of lizards and rattlesnakes, you can visit Granite Gap in the area.</p>

The park was established in 1942 plus with the coverage of barely 225.3 square kilometers, is the smallest of New Zealand&#8217;s national parks. The park includes of forested, hilly nation to the north of valleys of Takaka and Riwaka Rivers, as well as is surrounded to the north by waters of Tasman Bay and Golden Bay. It is named after Abel Tasman, who in 1642 turned out to be the first European traveler to view New Zealand.</p>
<p>Abel Tasman National Park does not expand outside Mean High Water Mark on adjacent coast. Amid Mean Low Water and Mean High Water Springs, beaches are gazetted as a picturesque Reserve, covering 7.74 km² in total (around 70 km long). Abel Tasman National Park is famous for its sculptured granite cliffs, golden beaches and world-renowned Abel Tasman Coast Track. It even has a mild weather and is a great place to trip at any time of year.</p>
